Returns and Refunds

Slow Stitch Creations sells handmade crochet items, many of which are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour changes, or custom order changes after production has started.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send clear photos of the issue, your order number, and your contact details.

If the fault is confirmed, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

Custom crochet pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for checking the sizing guide before ordering. Handmade items may have small natural variations because each piece is made individually.
